History
Numerix Inc. is an Indiana Business that began operations in November of 2002. Headquartered in Columbia City, Indiana, Numerix provides precision CNC manufacturing, specializing in components and sub-assemblies for the Medical, Aerospace, Defense, and General Manufacturing industries.
In 2005, Numerix expanded from a small home business located in a family garage to a 5,000 sq. foot industrial site and, since then, has Quadrupled in size into two facilities with over 20,000 sq. feet. The facility includes production, offices, supplies, shipping, and receiving areas that allow our team members to serve our manufacturing partners with quality in mind.
Founder
Numerix Inc. is solely owned and under the entrepreneurial leadership of Jeff Johnson, the president and founder who has guided our team to receive the 2014 Whitley County – Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year. A spokesperson and champion for entrepreneurial coaching, Jeff has participated in the Kauffman FastTrac Business Planning Program and SBEI (Small Business Entrepreneurial Initiative) programs and was nominated by the SBDC for the Edward Lowe Foundation, Companies to watch in Indiana for 2011. Each program provided innovative strategic planning for the company’s success.
